Amanda McCarthy

Founder Amanda McCarthy has a huge interest in balancing one’s body & mind through counselling, massage and movement. Amanda believes through having an awareness on how the whole body feels, gives one the opportunity to fully re-connect back to the body and have true harmony and connection to one’s heart and head again.  Allowing what is there, to be.

Amanda has over 20years experience of treating her clients. Her deep understanding of the whole body shines through the feedback that is received from her clients.  With her extensive experience of working with groups of children at schools, adults in the workplace and one-one-sessions fully supports everyone.   Amanda understands the demands and stresses on peoples minds & bodies in the every-day to day-ness of life.

Amanda’s clients range from the elderly in age care to children starting off at school.  Dealing with various situations put upon people’s mind and body throughout their life, Amanda finds a way that fully supports them in there own evolution in life.  She identifies everyone is unique in their own right and everyone brings a different angle to both themself and those around them.  Clients love working with Amanda because of her depth of support through her sessions, is deeply nurturing and caring.  She considers everyone to be her ideal client.

Amanda introduces by way of counselling and massage, another level of self care and awareness to heal and balance the body from within.

PLEASE NOTE: Counselling and Massage sessions are kept separate from each other, at no time are they mixed together in sessions.
